The Mulliner division will be celebrating Bentley's 100th anniversary next year with the release of a Mulsanne special edition. It pays tribute to the company's founder, W.O. Bentley, and even contains a portion of one of his personal cars.
The special model available on a long-wheelbase or a regular-wheelbase Mulsanne or Mulsanne Speed was inspired by the 1930 8 Litre Bentley that W.O. used as his personal car. The influence of the car can be felt throughout the interior and even a Mulliner illuminated cocktail cabinet with a display window with a slice of the original crankshaft from the 8 Litre displayed inside.
Other highlights include a chrome-colored application running across the back of the car with an air vent that is photoetched which incorporates W.O. his signature, a front grille patterned on the 1930s-appropriate Onyx color of the limited edition, and an optional chrome application that wraps around the lower spoilers, left and right. The front grille has distinctive design, with a chrome shell replacing the body-color mesh of the Mulsanne. It also includes the Flying B Logo.
The key box is made of Bentley wings and comes with an black flock lining. Key pouches can be bought to match or contrast the key box. The set commemorative includes an 1:18 scale model as well as the flying "B" paperweight. It also includes a printed booklet featuring never-before seen images of the original 1930s Bentley 8 Litre.

The Bentley Wing Key Pouches
Bentley's Speed series is a bit of a hoot taking the Continental GT's exaggerated excess and turning it up to eleven.
